TaskMaster Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of and is subject to the TaskMaster Terms of Purchase.
1. 7-Day Conditional Refund Review
A refund request may be considered only if it is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase and the buyer genuinely cannot access, install, open or use the product due to a TaskMaster issue that remains unresolved after reasonable support and troubleshooting.
This is not a no-questions-asked refund policy. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case.
2. How To Request A Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through the official TaskMaster support ticket system.
The buyer must provide the purchase email, order or receipt reference if available, a clear explanation of the issue, screenshots where relevant, device details, error messages and any troubleshooting steps already attempted.
3. Customer Cooperation Required
Before a refund is considered, the buyer must make reasonable troubleshooting efforts and provide cooperation requested by TaskMaster support.
4. Refund Exclusions And Abuse Prevention
A refund may be rejected for change of mind, no longer interested, did not read the guide or manual, did not try support, refusal to cooperate with troubleshooting, expected income not achieved, lack of effort, wrong expectation about income, unsupported device or environment, customer deleted email, access or login details, customer internet or device issues, product already accessed or downloaded without a genuine technical issue, abuse, fraud, repeated refund behavior or reliance on unofficial promises not contained in the official terms.
TaskMaster reserves the right to reject repeated, abusive, dishonest or bad-faith refund requests.
5. Effect Of Approved Refund Or Cancellation
If a refund is approved, access to the member dashboard, app, guide, bonuses, downloads and digital materials may be revoked or disabled.
The customer licence to use downloaded TaskMaster materials ends. The customer must stop using, copying, sharing, reselling, redistributing or exploiting TaskMaster materials.
Digital materials cannot practically be returned, but access and licence can be cancelled.
