TaskMaster Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TaskMaster website, member dashboard, affiliate dashboard, support system and TaskMaster application operated by F & Z GEMILANG ENTERPRISE, registration number 201803245294 (JR0094996-K).

By accessing or using TaskMaster, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Scope of Use

TaskMaster provides a platform, guides, digital materials, application access and features related to tasks, members and affiliates. These terms apply to the use of the website, application, dashboards, content, affiliate links, support system and other features provided by TaskMaster.

These terms are not Terms of Purchase, Terms of Sale or a refund policy. Terms relating to purchases, payments, product access or refunds may be stated separately.

2. User Account

You are responsible for ensuring that the account information you provide is true, accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for protecting your password, account access and activities carried out through your account.

TaskMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access if there is misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, breach of terms or usage that may affect the system, other users or the reputation of TaskMaster.

3. Use of Website, App and Dashboard

You agree to use TaskMaster lawfully, ethically and without abusing the system. You must not attempt to interfere with system security, manipulate tasks, submit false proof, misuse affiliate links, spam, or use the system for activities that violate the law.

4. Content and Digital Materials

All guides, ebooks, templates, scripts, audio, video, promotional materials and digital content provided through TaskMaster are for the personal use of authorised members or users only, unless stated otherwise.

You may not resell, re-upload, redistribute, mass copy or exploit TaskMaster materials without written permission from TaskMaster.

5. Official Communication

All official communication, questions, complaints, technical issues, account issues or support requests must be submitted through the TaskMaster support ticket system only:

TaskMaster does not guarantee that messages sent through unofficial channels will be received, processed or treated as official communication.

6. System Changes

TaskMaster may change, add, suspend or discontinue any feature, function, content, bonus, application access or dashboard structure from time to time for operational, security, product improvement or business reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskMaster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Although reasonable efforts are taken to keep the system running properly, TaskMaster does not guarantee that the website, application or dashboard will always be free from interruptions, errors, delays, data loss or technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, F & Z GEMILANG ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of opportunity, loss of income, business interruption or other losses arising from the use or inability to use TaskMaster.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be submitted through the TaskMaster support ticket system for review and preliminary resolution.
