TaskMaster Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms apply to the TaskMaster affiliate program operated by F & Z GEMILANG ENTERPRISE, registration number 201803245294 (JR0094996-K).
1. Program Affiliate
The TaskMaster affiliate program allows affiliates to promote TaskMaster using the assigned affiliate link and receive commissions for valid confirmed sales subject to these terms.
2. No Income Guarantee
Joining the affiliate program does not guarantee income. Income depends on effort, promotion quality, market response, valid tracking, confirmed sales and compliance with these terms.

3. Commission Eligibility
Eligible sale commissions are held during the 7-day refund/review period and are not payout-ready during this period.
After 7 full days from successful payment/order confirmation, valid commissions are automatically approved if the sale remains valid and there is no refund, cancellation, chargeback, dispute, fraud issue, invalid tracking, self-referral, abuse or policy breach.
Dashboard commission values are provisional until approved and paid. TaskMaster may review, adjust, reject, void, reverse or cancel commissions if needed.
4. Weekly Tuesday Payout Cycle
Affiliate commission payouts are processed every Tuesday, subject to approved commissions, a completed payout profile, valid tracking records, internal review and no transaction issues.
Only approved commissions confirmed on or before Saturday 11:59 PM Malaysia Time will be included in the upcoming Tuesday payout cycle. Approved commissions after this cutoff will move to the following Tuesday payout cycle.
5. Payout Profile Requirement
Affiliates must complete the Affiliate Payout Profile before any payout can be processed. Affiliates must provide true, accurate and current information, including full legal name as per IC, IC number, phone number, bank information and other required details. TIN number is optional unless later required for records or compliance.
Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent payout details may delay payout. TaskMaster is not responsible for payout delay caused by wrong affiliate information.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks and Deductions
If a customer requests a refund, a transaction is cancelled, a chargeback occurs, payment is disputed, a transaction is found invalid or any other sales issue arises, the related commission may be deducted from unpaid payouts, future payouts or the affiliate commission balance.
If commission has already been paid before the issue is identified, TaskMaster may make adjustments or deductions from future commissions.
7. Delayed Payouts
If there are technical issues, bank issues, payment gateway issues, incorrect payout information, security reviews, suspicious activity, public holidays, operational delays, system errors or accounting issues, payout may be delayed to the next payout cycle.
8. Tax and Legal Responsibility
Affiliates are fully responsible for their own income tax, SST, customs matters, reporting, declaration, record keeping and any legal or statutory obligations that may apply under LHDN, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department or relevant authorities.
TaskMaster does not provide tax, financial or accounting advice to affiliates.
9. Affiliate Link and Tracking
Commissions are calculated based on valid tracking records in the TaskMaster system. Affiliates are responsible for using the correct affiliate link.
TaskMaster is not responsible for commissions not recorded where the affiliate link was not used, cookies were blocked, browser data was cleared, the customer used another affiliate link, the customer purchased without an affiliate link, or attribution could not be verified.
10. Promotion Rules
Affiliates must promote ethically and legally. Prohibited conduct includes:
- spam
- misleading claims
- fake income claims
- guaranteed income promises
- fake testimonials
- false urgency or false scarcity
- impersonating TaskMaster staff
- pretending to be official support
- illegal ads
- unethical promotions
- using offensive, adult, gambling, scam, extremist or political hate content placements
- attacking competitors
- using unauthorized brand assets
- making employment guarantee claims
- using "guaranteed job" or "guaranteed income" claims
- making claims inconsistent with the TaskMaster Income Disclaimer
11. Paid Ads and Affiliate Risk
Affiliates promote at their own cost and risk. Any advertising cost, content cost, design cost, printing cost, agency cost, freelancer cost, tool cost or other promotional cost is the affiliate's own responsibility and will not be reimbursed by TaskMaster.
TaskMaster is not responsible for affiliate losses caused by unsuccessful ads, rejected or suspended ad accounts, Facebook Ads costs, TikTok Ads costs, Google Ads costs, lost leads, lost opportunities, website downtime, app downtime, tracking issues, technical issues or expected profits not achieved.
12. Suspension and Termination
TaskMaster reserves the right to reject, suspend or terminate an affiliate account if there is misuse, false information, suspicious activity, spam, refund abuse, breach of terms, reputational risk or conduct that may affect TaskMaster, customers or other users.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, F & Z GEMILANG ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of opportunity, loss of income, advertising loss, promotional loss, business interruption, data loss, technical issue, downtime or any other loss suffered by affiliates arising from participation in the affiliate program or use of the TaskMaster system.

TaskMaster may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. The latest version displayed on the TaskMaster website will apply.
